This house was pre-sale and they were preparing to stage in trend in order to command a maximum return.

The home was fraught with several different floors and awkward transitions. In response, we added plywood in low areas and removed flooring in high areas which resulted in a level floor with no transitions and an open, airy, and inviting home.

Wide plank natural oak laminate was used throughout the house and you can see the finished staged result below.
